Pulse Fitness Indoor Fitness Classes
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training
I have designed this class to be an INTENSE workout. My workouts will range from intervals, to circuits, to AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible), and so much more! Each class will vary in equipment and exercises to bring you a combination of cardio, strength, and endurance training. Every exercise can be modified or enhanced to challenge you at your personal fitness level. (30mins)
This a high impact based aerobic based class. This is a full body cardio workout using body resistance, high impact exercises that will really work up a sweat. An upbeat class conducted to music which will really get you moving from the start. (50mins)
This class aims to increase strength and improve body composition by focusing on targeting all major muscle groups using free weights, resistance bands, and Kettlebells as well as other equipment. The benefits of strength training include improvements in resting metabolism, bone mineral density, insulin response and resting blood pressure. You’ll leave this class feeling challenged and motivated.
Core & Stretch
This class will focus on mobility and stability as important components to health and fitness! Core and stability exercises to improve fitness and help prevent injury. In addition, different mobility and stretches will be explored in this class and you will leave with a full-body stretch as well as a core workout!
Classes take place in our Studio Gym at Aghanloo Ind Estate, Limavady.
