Sign up today for my Virtual Walk, Run, Bike Challenge – This Challenge is designed for everyone, so Ladies, Gents & Kids get ready to challenge yourselves.
All you have to do is choose a Challenge suitable for you – Walk, Run or Bike 25km, 50km, 75km, 100km, 150km or 200km or mix the challenge up with all three activities for the month of March and be part of my Pulse Fitness Adventures Virtual March Challenge.
Lets get moving together, be part of a growing community where you will be supported & encouraged along the way in a Private Facebook Group. Have access to three Home workouts each week which you can do in our own time if you want, you will be given health tips, listen to inspirational stories from local athletes & be supported by our local businesses along the way.
Once you sign up you will have access to your own Tracker Spreadsheet where you can record your daily activity and you will have access to the Private Facebook Link
Once the month is completed you forward me your completed Tracker Spreadsheet before Monday 5th April 2021.
To celebrate your wonderful achievement you will receive one of my Pulse Fitness Adventures – Virtual Challenge Hoodies which you can wear with pride.
Your hoodie will be sent out to you once I receive your completed spreadsheet.
